For that we kindly ask you to let the instructors handle the materials. Smart Art will not tolerate any deliberate waste or destruction of materials.I have read the above behavior policy. I agree that my child will follow the instructions of the Smart Art staff. And will treat other individuals and property with respect. I understand that if my child fails to do so, Smart Art will not allow them to take part in the program. And in that case they will not issue a refundI understand I must arrange to pick up my child before class ends. If I fail to do so, my child will be at the garden/reception area but NOT under Smart Art's supervision.Smart Art understands that a student’s schedule may change. Or unforeseen circumstances prevent them from attending class. In that case the parent of the student must notify Smart Art as early as possible, up to 24 hours ahead of class time.I understand that if my child misses a class with prior notification, they can make up that class for up to six weeks. Any classes missed without prior notification will not receive a make up classIf Smart Art cancels a class for any reason, we will arrange a makeup class. The students and their instructor will agree on the time for said makeup class. An enrolled student withdrawing from a class after it begins will receive no refundI understand that when booking a private class, Smart Art and myself will agree on the class schedule. If either needs to change the class day or time, both have to agree to the new schedule. Neither side will change the class schedule without prior agreementIf Smart Art cancels a class for any reason, we will arrange a makeup class. The students and their instructor will agree on the time for said makeup class.I understand that parents are not allowed in class with children. But they are welcome to wait for them in the garden/reception area of the studio until class finishes.I understand that Smart Art only offers art education classes to children. And that is the only service for which I am signing my child up. Smart Art's instructors are not trained to work with complex learning disabilities.I understand that Smart Art's team is not trained to give any medication to children. If my child is taking any medication, I will make sure they take their medication before or after class time. If this is not possible, then Smart Art staff will not be responsible for the medical well being of the child.I grant Smart Art permission to use photographs and/or images of my child and/or his or her artwork for educational, publicity, archival, or grant purposes. These images will be in print, media or broadcast formats. I understand that I have the right to deny the use of images of my child. In that case, I must give a written request denying this at the time of registration or the first day of class.
